Consulting that ends with a decision, not a slide deck.
We take stock of how your business actually works, name the bottlenecks and their causes, and hand you a prioritised list you can work through. Implementation is a separate engagement, with its own quote.
Conceptual, not operational.
- We start with the actual situation
- Not with a product demo and not with a template. First we record how work moves through your business today, including the workarounds nobody puts on a slide.
- We name causes, not just symptoms
- Every bottleneck comes with the reason behind it. Without the cause, any measure is a guess, and guesses are expensive.
- You get instructions, not homework
- Each recommendation states what to do, who in your team can do it, what has to be bought in, and how you will know it worked.
- Consulting and implementation stay separate
- The engagement ends with the report. Whether you implement it yourself, with your existing provider or with us is your decision and changes nothing about the result.

When an engagement pays off, and when it does not
Worth it
- A decision is pending and the basis is missing
- A new system, a reorganised process, a question of make or buy. Where the decision costs five figures, two consulting days are cheap insurance.
- Something keeps stalling and nobody knows why
- Recurring delays, work done twice, cases falling between owners. Symptoms are visible from inside, causes usually are not.
- Something has grown and nobody has an overview
- Systems, accounts and data holdings accumulate. At some point nobody can say what runs where, which is exactly when it becomes a risk.
Not the right instrument
- The answer is already clear
- If you know what has to happen and only lack hands, you need implementation, not consulting. Say so and we quote for the work.
- An incident is running right now
- A live security incident or a failed system needs immediate action, not a survey. Call us and we will say what comes first.
- The question is legal or fiscal
- Contracts, annual accounts, employment law. Those belong with your lawyer or tax adviser, and we will say so rather than take the job.
What two consulting days look like
- Before: initial call, 30 minutes, free We settle the question, the scope and what you want to hold at the end. If consulting is the wrong instrument, this is where we say so.
- Day one: on site Conversations with the people who do the work, a look into the systems, and the workarounds that never make it onto a slide.
- In between: analysis We sort the findings, work out causes, weigh effort against benefit. This time is included in the agreed days, not billed on top.
- Day two: walkthrough We go through findings and measures with you, correct what misses your reality, and set the order of work together.
- After: the report Within two weeks: survey, findings with causes, recommendations with implementation guidance. Yours to use with any provider.
One rate, no packages
1,250 euro per consulting day of 8 hours, plus VAT, travel and, where required, accommodation. Most engagements run two to three days. The analysis time between on-site days is included and not billed separately.

| 2 | 2,500 euro | Standard case: survey, analysis, walkthrough, report |
| 3 | 3,750 euro | Several sites, many systems or an ERP-wide selection |
| 4 | 5,000 euro | Two subject areas in one pass |
| 5 | 6,250 euro | Upper limit; beyond that we split into separate engagements |
Plus VAT, travel and, where required, accommodation. The analysis time between on-site days is included.
Frequently asked
What does a consulting engagement cost?
1,250 euro per consulting day of 8 hours, plus VAT, travel and accommodation where required. Two to three days is typical, so 2,500 to 3,750 euro net. The scope is agreed in writing before we start.
Do we have to implement with you afterwards?
No. The report is written so you can hand it to any provider. We are happy to quote for implementation, but the engagement is not tied to it.
How long does an engagement take?
From the first on-site day to the finished report, usually two to three weeks, depending on how quickly appointments can be scheduled. The report follows within two weeks of the last consulting day.
Who from our side needs to be involved?
You or the management for the objective, plus one person from each area that does the work. Two to four people for one to two hours each is usually enough. Business continues as normal.
Is this legal or tax advice?
No. Where a question is legal, tax or formally a data protection matter, we name it and you take it to your lawyer, tax adviser or data protection officer. We advise on business, organisational and technical questions.
Do you work remotely or on site?
The initial survey works far better on site, because that is where the workarounds become visible. Follow-up sessions and the walkthrough of the report work well remotely, which keeps travel cost down.
