WISSEN BERATUNG is a family-run IT consultancy based in Holdorf, Lower Saxony. We help small and mid-sized companies use IT as a tool, instead of suffering it as a cost centre.
What we do
Our service areas: Superchat (conversational messaging), RCS business messaging, workflow automation with n8n, Bitrix24 CRM, Odoo ERP and conceptual business consulting.
We combine proven open-source tools with modern AI and automation layers, and configure everything so a 5-person team can run it without a full-time IT department.
Partnerships and certifications
We are an official Odoo Learning Partner. That means we do not teach Odoo on the side: we follow the vendor curriculum, and we know the limits of the system as well as its strengths. Out of that came 59 neutral system comparisons, putting Odoo Enterprise against the competitors common in the German mid-market, each with a three-year cost picture.
For conversational messaging we are an official Superchat integration partner. More on that in the Superchat section.
How working together starts
It starts with a preliminary call of about 30 minutes, free of charge. In it we establish whether we are the right instrument for your task. If we are not, we say so there and name who fits better.
For conceptual consulting we work at a fixed rate of 1,250 euro net per consulting day of eight hours. The result is a written report with prioritised measures, not a slide deck. Consulting and implementation are kept separate, so the recommendation does not depend on what we could sell afterwards.
What we do not do: legal and tax advice, expert opinions for court proceedings, and projects where the decision has already been made and only a justification is missing.

History and figures
WISSEN BERATUNG was founded in 2025. The company is young; the practice behind it is not. Owner Tobias Wissen brings two decades of experience with CRM, DATEV-adjacent processes and the German mid-market. The consultancy grew out of that hands-on work, with Superchat implementation as a dedicated, specialised service area.
Since founding we look after 19 clients and have delivered 25 projects. Those are not numbers that turn heads at a trade fair, and they are not meant to be. They say what a business gets when it hires us: a provider who knows every single client, rather than one where you become a number in a ticket queue.
What we have built in that time is public: 59 neutral system comparisons for Odoo Enterprise, thirteen service areas each with its own page, and a consulting practice kept separate from implementation. Anyone who wants to check how we think does not have to call us first.

Location and how we work
We are based in Holdorf in the district of Vechta, in the Oldenburger Münsterland region between Osnabrück, Oldenburg and Bremen. Part of our work is location-independent: setup, automation, hosting and support run remotely, and nobody has to travel for that.
Consulting, by contrast, happens on site. Surveying a business requires seeing the processes rather than having them described, and talking to the people who run them every day. Travel and, where needed, accommodation are therefore stated openly in the price instead of disappearing into a flat fee.
