WISSEN BERATUNG is a family-run IT consultancy based in Holdorf, Lower Saxony. We help small and mid-sized companies use IT as a tool — instead of suffering it as a cost centre.
What we do
Nine service areas: Superchat (conversational messaging), n8n automation, CRM integration (ERP/CRM), hosting in Germany, IT full-service, Bitwarden password management, RCS business messaging, AI telephony and backup.
We combine proven open-source tools with modern AI and automation layers — and configure everything so a 5-person team can run it without a full-time IT department.

History
Owner Tobias Wissen brings two decades of experience with CRM, DATEV-adjacent processes and the German SMB market. WISSEN BERATUNG grew from that hands-on practice — and over time the sister brand WISSEN DIALOG emerged as a specialised service area for Superchat implementation.
