What does a Superchat implementation by an agency cost?

Our packages start at €990 (Solo Setup, single number, basic automations) and go up to €9,990+ (Mid-Market with ERP integration). The Superchat license is billed separately by Superchat itself. How long does Superchat setup take?

Solo Setup is live in under 14 days. SMB Growth (with CRM connection and team training) typically takes 3–4 weeks. Mid-Market with full ERP integration takes 6–10 weeks depending on the complexity of your existing systems. We commit to a binding go-live date in the kickoff.

Can Superchat be connected to the CRM or another ERP?

Yes — this is our core differentiator. We build bidirectional connections between Superchat and CRM, HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Propstack, onOffice, CARE, InFlow and other industry systems. Conversations become CRM activities, leads, quotes or invoices — without double data entry. The Superchat × CRM case is documented in detail on our integration page.

Is Superchat GDPR-compliant for customer data?

Yes, when used via the official WhatsApp Business API. Superchat acts as Business Solution Provider, hosting is in Germany, and we handle Meta business verification, template approval and the data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR) for you. The grey area of "private WhatsApp for business use" disappears.

What is the difference between Superchat and the WhatsApp Business App?

The free WhatsApp Business App is single-user, has no API, no automations, no team inboxes and no CRM integration — and is not GDPR-compliant for systematic business use. Superchat sits on the official WhatsApp Business API and adds team inbox, automations, templates, multi-channel (Instagram, email, web chat) and integrations. For 5+ staff or any structured customer communication, the App is not sufficient.

What if Superchat is not the right tool for me?
