When it rather does not

- If all you need is a shared inbox for WhatsApp and friends, you do not need a CRM. Superchat is enough.
- If the processes in your business are not settled yet. A CRM reflects order, it does not create it.

What does a Bitrix24 Bronze Partner actually change for me?
It means we are listed with Bitrix as a partner and work with the product regularly. Practically it changes the route for licences and support escalation. It is not a promise that Bitrix24 is the right tool for you, and we say so when it is not.
Can we start on the free plan?
Yes. Bitrix24 has a free tier, and for a first configuration with a few users it is often enough. Whether a paid plan is worth it depends on the number of users and on features such as telephony or workflow automation. We say which limit you will hit first.
Where is our data stored?
Bitrix24 runs as a cloud service or on your own server. Which hosting region applies to the cloud, and what the data processing agreement covers, we clarify before setup and put it in writing. For anyone who wants the data on their own machine, the self-hosted edition is the way.
Can Bitrix24 and WhatsApp work together?
Yes. We run the WhatsApp Business API through Superchat and connect it, so conversations end up on the contact record. That is a route we have already built for a customer.
How long does a setup take?
That depends on how many business areas, users and how much data from the old system are involved. We name a realistic window after the survey, not before it.
