How the implementation runs
Six steps, in this order. None of them starts before the previous one is signed off.

1. Map the processes
We look at how work actually happens in your company, not how the org chart describes it. That produces the list of modules you really need — and the list you can skip.

2. Concept & decision
Before anyone clicks anything you get a basis for the decision: Community or Enterprise, which modules go into stage one, what deliberately comes later. This is also where it is decided whether Odoo is the right system at all.

3. Configuration
Odoo is configured module by module, not in one big bang. You sign off each stage before the next begins, so it stays visible where the system already carries weight and where it does not.

4. Migrate the data
Master data, open items, products, stock. We migrate it in a structured way instead of one bulk import — and tell you beforehand which legacy data is not worth carrying over.

5. Test & training
Your team works through real cases in a test system before it counts. As an official Odoo Learning Partner we train along your workflows, not along the manual.

6. Go-live & afterwards
The switch happens on a date you pick. In the weeks afterwards we stay reachable, because that is exactly when the questions come up that nobody had during testing.
How long it takes depends on the scope. You get a schedule after the process mapping, because any number before that would be guesswork.
What drives the cost
We do not publish package prices, because an Odoo project is not a product off the shelf. What makes up the price can still be said openly:
Licence
Community is free, Enterprise is billed per user per month. The number of users drives the price harder than the number of modules.
Hosting & operations
Running cost for servers, updates, backups and monitoring. On our German infrastructure, or alternatively in the Odoo cloud.
Implementation
The largest item, and the only one you control: the clearer your processes are beforehand and the fewer exceptions you carve into the standard, the shorter the project.
Data migration
Depends on the state of the legacy data, not its volume. Clean master data moves quickly, grown spreadsheet landscapes do not.
Training
One-off at the start, then as needed. The item most often cut — and the one that takes revenge fastest.

Common questions about implementing Odoo
How long does an Odoo implementation take?
That depends on the number of modules, the state of your legacy data and how much time your team can free up. A rollout limited to sales and invoicing is a different scale from one covering manufacturing and inventory. We give you a concrete schedule after mapping your processes, not before — a number named beforehand would be guesswork.
What does Odoo cost?
Three blocks: the Enterprise licence per user per month (Community is free), hosting and operations, and the one-off implementation. The implementation is usually the largest and the only one you can influence, through the clarity of your processes and the number of exceptions you build into the standard. We quote it after the process mapping.
Can we start with Community and switch to Enterprise later?
Yes, in both directions and without losing data. That makes Community a sensible entry point when the core modules are enough and you host it yourself. The switch typically comes when full accounting, guaranteed support or the native mobile apps are needed.
What happens to our existing data?
Master data, open items, products and stock are migrated in a structured way. Before that we go through which legacy data is worth carrying over — an ERP rollout is the one moment where clearing out costs almost nothing extra.
Do we have to give up DATEV?
No, and usually you should not. The common setup is Odoo as the operational ERP with a DATEV export to the tax advisor. DATEV stays the German standard for tax and payroll; Odoo covers everything around it.
What does "Odoo Learning Partner" actually mean?
It is the official Odoo partner status for training. It means our trainers are certified by Odoo and we train on the current version — not on whatever we happened to learn three releases ago.
